Study Groups: Small groups designed to provide educational and emotional support to professionals in the helping professions: counselors, case managers, family advocates, domestic violence advocates. .. Presenting up to date information in the areas of counseling and psychology in a format that allows people to learn and plan how these ideas will be implemented into their work. Small groups no larger than ten people allow for discussion and feedback (if desired). Able to provide these groups on site at agencies or at the Norbertine Abbey Library. Arrangements can be made for a series of sessions in a particular topics. Topics provided in the following areas: incorporating neuropsychology into your practice, making change happen, ethics, supervision, parenting, mindfulness, play therapy, sand tray therapy and reflective practice. In order for practitioner to share meaningfully, each person in the group is required to sign a confidentiality agreement. Contact Connie M.
